A multi-month credit product, governed by the National Credit Regulator, that caters for larger emergency expenses and debt consolidations. Employees can access up to 45% of their gross month salary and repay the amounts over three months.

A means whereby employees can access a portion of their already earned income before pay day. This deals with smaller expenses, whereby disposable income is not sufficient to cover expenses, particularly towards the end of the month.

Employees can access discounted goods through the platform. This includes and is not limited to airtime, data, electricity, clothing, health and food.

Employees can deposit money into an interest-bearing account directly from their salaries. This can be done on a once off or recurring basis. Employees will be able to set savings targets directly linked to the financial wellness platform.  *This benefit will be live Q1 2025.

Version one of the rewards program will incentivise employees to make meaningful engagements in the financial wellness and savings platforms. Employees will earn points that will allow them to access funds for even lower rates through increases in their reward status.  *This program will be live in Q4 2024.

An on-platform wellness tab that allows employees to access a financial wellness blog, an educational video library, various budgeting tools and modules and most importantly, a free, personalised financial coach call back.
